Your CV, cooked to order for every job.

Paste the job link. Cooked rewrites your CV it in the language that role is screening for, using only what you've actually done.

  • Free to try
  • CV + cover letter in under a minute
  • Never invents experience

How it works

Three steps from job post to tailored CV.

No templates to fight with and no forms to fill in. Cooked does the matching; you check the result and apply.

  1. Drop in the job

Paste a link from LinkedIn, Indeed or any careers page, or paste the description itself. Cooked pulls out the skills, tools and phrases the role is screening for.

  2. Upload your CV once

Add a PDF or Word file when you sign up. Cooked keeps it in your account, so for every new job you only paste a link.

  3. Get it cooked

In under a minute you get a rewritten CV, a matching cover letter, and an ATS score showing what's covered and what's missing.

Why tailoring matters

A good CV can still get screened out.

Most larger employers use an applicant tracking system (ATS) to sort applications. Recruiters search and rank by the skills and job titles in the posting, so a CV that describes the right experience in different words can rank low or never get seen.

Rewriting your CV for every role fixes this, but it takes an hour each time. Cooked does it in under a minute.

Read the guide to tailoring a CV

  • Same experience, the job's words. "Built dashboards" becomes "built Power BI dashboards" when you did and the job asks for it.
  • Most relevant first. The bullets that prove you fit this role move to the top.
  • Gaps shown, not hidden. You see what the job wants that your CV can't back up yet.

What you get

Everything you need to send a stronger application.

ATS score with fixes

A 16-point ATS check plus keyword coverage, before and after tailoring, with a tip for every failed check.

Honest gap list

Skills the job wants that your CV doesn't show are flagged, not faked, so you know what to address.

Matching cover letter

A cover letter written for the same role, using the same evidence from your CV.

FAQ

Honest answers.

How does Cooked tailor my CV to a job?

Cooked reads the job posting, pulls out the skills, tools and phrases the employer cares about, then rewrites your summary, skills and bullet points so they line up with that role. It only works with experience that is already in your CV.

Will it make things up?

No. Cooked is instructed to rephrase and reorder what you already have, never to invent jobs, degrees, numbers or skills. If the job asks for something your CV doesn't show, it lists it as a gap instead of faking it. Always read the result before you send it.

Does the result work with applicant tracking systems (ATS)?

The CV is a single-column, text-based layout with standard headings, which is the format ATS software reads most reliably. No tool can promise a CV gets past every filter, but this removes the common formatting problems.

What if the job link won't load?

Some job boards, LinkedIn especially, block automated access. If that happens, switch to 'Paste description' and copy the job text in directly. The result is the same.

Which CV files can I use?

PDF, Word (.docx) and plain text files up to 5 MB, or paste your CV as text. PDFs need to contain real text; a scanned image of a CV can't be read.

Is my CV private?

Yes. Your CV is stored in your account and only you can see it. It's only used to write your tailored versions and is never shared with recruiters. You can delete your account and all your data from Settings at any time.

How much does Cooked cost?

Tailoring is free: up to 3 CVs a day with an ATS score and a preview. To download the PDF and save it, unlock that one CV for $2.99, go Pro for $9.99 a month for unlimited CVs and the remote job board, or pay $59 once for lifetime access.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes, any time from your Whop account. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and any CVs you've saved stay saved.
